Coming soonA Razorpay connector is planned so finance staff can check payment status and share payment links. It is not available yet. Today, collections staff send reminders from Google Sheets and Gmail with the payment details you approve.

AI collections agent
Chasing overdue payments is necessary, repetitive and easy to put off. An AI collections agent, hired on Staff.work as a finance staffer, checks your invoice sheet every morning, writes polite reminders matched to how late each invoice is, and sends them once a manager approves.
AI bookkeeper
An AI bookkeeper handles the routine side of the books. It collects bills from email, records them in your Google Sheets ledger, matches payments and prepares a monthly summary for your accountant. It does not file returns or give tax advice. Tally is coming soon.
AI customer support agent
An AI customer support agent on Staff.work is a support hire. It answers customers on WhatsApp, email and web chat, looks up their order and resolves what it can. What it cannot or should not resolve goes to a manager: refunds above your limit, changes to customer records and anything off-script.
