Not yet. Voice is coming soon. Today it works on WhatsApp, web chat and email, and can book a call back when someone would rather talk.
What does an AI receptionist cost?
It is hired at the Assistant grade: ₹1,999 a month ($29), including 40 working hours. Extra hours are ₹60 each, or add a coffee for 10 more.
What happens when it does not know the answer?
Anything outside the knowledge base goes to the teammate you named, with the question and the conversation attached.
