Pricing AI by tokens or messages is hard to plan around. Pricing it like staff is easier: a monthly salary that includes a set number of working hours, with extra hours billed at a known rate.
On Staff.work, every grade includes 40 working hours a month. Assistant is ₹1,999 with extra hours at ₹60, Specialist is ₹4,999 with extra hours at ₹150, and Lead is ₹11,999 with extra hours at ₹350. You can also top up with a coffee, which adds 10 hours.
How quickly the allowance is used depends on the work. Check the work log in the first month, then choose the grade and top-ups that fit. If a busy period is predictable, such as month-end or a festive sale, you can add a coffee in advance.
