A work log is a complete, time-stamped record of what an AI employee read, decided, wrote and sent.
You would not hire someone whose work you could never see. A work log makes an AI employee's work visible: each conversation, each tool action, each approval request and its outcome, in order. It is to an AI employee what a timesheet and a sent folder together are to a person.
A work log serves three purposes. It lets managers check quality and spot patterns, such as a question the knowledge base does not answer. It settles questions about what was said to whom. And it shows where the working hours went.
On Staff.work, every staffer keeps a full work log from its first day. Nothing it does happens off the record. Managers can read it at any time, and it is the first place to look when something needs explaining.
